Penmon

Today I went to Anglesey and had a fantastic day: I saw an amazing exhibition (Ms Eleri Jones' in Oriel Ynys Mon), drove passed a brown bear whom I presume was on his/her way to Ireland, met one of the best and possibly one of the most intelligent dogs in the world, watched a seal steal without shame from very patient fishermen, relaxed in the sun with my lovely friends and created some artwork.


The beach at Penmon was the perfect place to make some work I plan to develop, a series of installations that explore a 'False Perception' (name of the series of artwork) where photographs taken at specific angles will provide a false perception of scale- at first glance.
